Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are not pleased with your Hug within 10 days of receipt please return it, either in a box or padded envelope. You must call the office or email us first to receive a return authorization number. You will receive , minus the postage, a credit to your account, check or credit back to your credit card within two weeks.
Please respect the fact we do not accept Hugs that have been damaged.
